Casa aïllada, té per al vostre ús exclusiu, una sala molt espaiosa (58 m2 útils) amb diferents ambients, un d’ells amb llar de foc, un altre en una galeria molt lluminosa amb grans vistes. La cuina és espaiosa (21 m2) amb taula per menjar i està totalment equipada (Estris per cuinar i menjar. Electrodomèstics: Nevera-congelador, forn, microones, torradora, batedora, espremedora, rentavaixelles, Nespresso)
Aquests espais es complementen amb 7 habitacions amb banys i 2 “loft”, la majoria poden ser triples i algunes fins i tot quàdruples. Totes les habitacions tenen el seu propi bany. Podem distribuir fins a 20 + 4 places en les habitacions, seguint els vostres criteris.
Té un espai exterior de grans dimensions amb accés als serveis: Sala polivalent, jocs infantils, ping pong, canasta de basquet, barbacoas…
The house has for your exclusive use, one big living room (58 m2) with different spaces, one with a fire place, another with a wide and lightful gallery with great views. The kitchen has it’s own room (21 m2) with its own table to eat or cook and properly equipped (kitchenware, home appliances: Refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, juicer, Nespresso).
Those areas are complemented by 7 rooms with bathroom and 2 “loft”. Those can be triple and also fit 4 people if necessary.
We can accomodate up to 20 + 4 sleeps
There is a large outdoor area surrounding the house (+200 m2 patio and gardens)
There is a cabin outside (multipurpose room), an outside playground, a patio (tables, basketball hoop) and barbacue, which are shared.

Accessibility for people with reduced mobility
From the parking lot you can access without architectonic barriers (wheelchair) on the ground floor where there is the main living room, the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 lofts, the multipurpose room, the whole patio and the house’s surooundings.
There are bathrooms accessibles and specially adapted for disabled people. The access to the other 5 bedrooms is by stairs.
